Happy New Year to all my dear readers.

Many forwards for good wishes go around at this time of the year, but this is the one that resonated the most with me, so I’d like to share it with you, as did my friend with me. (Thanks Anisa.)

The image has multiple interpretations for me: waking up from slumber to awareness; liberating yourself from whatever is holding you back; manifesting your full potential; expanding your comfort zone; claiming your power; standing in your truth…. What does it mean to you? Pick one (or more) that you identify with and hold that intention for the year.

  2. All of it please! Every option holds true to me! Also that the stage where the chrysalis finally emerges into a beautiful butterfly is the most difficult. And that’s when we need to hold on to ourselves and our faith in us and the Universe the tightest! Thank you for this wonderful message. Happy new year to you too!

  11. Oh sarah! How beautiful! This image speaks to me about taking flight for God’s Kingdom purpose, no matter where He calls us. Getting comfortable with the uncomfortable. He’s designed each of us to soar. Living in our purpose & into our design. He brings change as we draw near. May we go where He sends us. Thank you for connecting w me. I’m following you now.   16. For me it represents becoming. Whilst in the cocoon their has been growth and healing occur. Communing with powers both out of ourselves and within. Emerging as something new. Changed irrevocably. Revitalised and energised. We all should be taking time out to get in touch with ourselves and the world around us as it continues to change and develop. Where there is war, disease, and the power of nature continually struggling to be in balance as mankind has not been a particularly great steward of this gift. I believe that by understanding and accepting our shadow places as well as our enlightened places we will find our balance. No one will have the same as anyone else. Being you is being balanced and developing small ways in which to monitor and adjust as and when necessary.

  17. I do love this illustration!
    It certainly describes my life in 2022 and my decision to come out of it in 2023 (apart from my love for the fairy and angel world in illustrations).
    It has been a struggle but I will get there!!!!!
